We collect two types of information regarding our Visitors and Users:

  • Un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a Visitor or un-identified User, which may be made available to us, or collected automatically via his/her use of the Services (“Non-personal Information”). Such Non-personal Information does not enable us to identify the Visitor or User from whom it was collected. The Non-personal Information collected by us mainly consists of technical and aggregated usage information, such as Visitors’ and Users’ browsing and ‘click-stream’ activity on the Services, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc.

  • Individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable efforts cause the identification of an individual, or may be of private or sensitive nature (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information collected by us mainly consists of contact details (e.g., e-mail address or phone number), billing details (name, physical billing address, payment method and transaction details), which are only collected from Users with Paid Services, details regarding a browsing or usage session (IP address, Geo-location and/or device unique identifier), details regarding connected third party accounts (such as the e-mail or username for a connected PayPal, Google or Facebook account), scanned identification documents provided to us (such as an ID card, driver’s license, passport or official company registration documents), correspondences (including those made through or uploaded to our Services), and any other Personal Information provided to us by Visitors and/or Users through their access to and/or use of the Services such as medical history or real-time capture of brainwave data. For the avoidance of doubt, any Non-personal Information that is connected or linked to Personal Information (for example, in order to improve the Services we offer) is deemed and treated by us as Personal Information, as long as such connection or linkage exists.

They may use other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper delivery of their services and/or as may be required by law. Wix is a global company that respects the laws of the jurisdictions it operates within. The processing of the User Customer Data may take place within the territory of the European Union, Israel or a third country, territory, or one or more specified sectors within that third country, of which, the European Commission has decided that it ensures an adequate level of protection (transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision).  Any transfer to a third country, outside the European Union, that does not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission, will be undertaken in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) set out in Appendix 1 of the Wix Data Processing Agreement (DPA) .

Information you provide to Moonroq Soul by email will be be encrypted via Egress which is certified for U.K Government use; and stored in Microsoft Office 365.  A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is a mandatory requirement according to Article 35 of the GDPR. In short, a DPIA serves to determine, for new assets or projects in the company, if compliance with 'privacy by design' and 'privacy by default' is met. Privacy by default simply means that the strictest privacy settings automatically apply once a customer acquires a new product or service. In other words, no manual change to the privacy settings should be required on the part of the user. There is also a temporal element to this principle, as personal information must by default only be kept for the amount of time necessary to provide the product or service. Privacy by design means that each new service or business process that makes use of personal data must take the protection of such data into consideration. An organisation needs to be able to show that they have adequate security in place and that compliance is monitored. Microsoft regularly conducts DPIAs of Office 365, inclusive of OneDrive and SharePoint where your data will be stored and shared internally as required to provide the service requested. They have designed tight controls and measures, technical and organisational, to protect customer data against accidental, unauthorised or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Some examples include:

  • They restrict physical data center access to authorised personnel and have multiple layers of physical security, such as biometric readers, motion sensors, 24-hour secured access, video camera surveillance, and security breach alarms.

  • They enable encryption of data both at rest and in transit between data centers and users. End User Pseudonymous Information (EUPI) is hashed following FIPS140-2 requirements.

  • They conduct internal privacy, compliance, security and legal review of all new commercial features, services, and processes.

  • Finally, services are independently verified to meet the applicable compliance framework set forth in our Online Services Terms (OST). This includes FedRAMP, SOC, and ISO, amongst others.
